中文摘要: 本文介绍利用MSU测值计算微波表面放射率(又称此辐射率ε_s)的理论背景及其方法,并给出了1988年12月13日10:50GMT NOAA-10MSU资料计算得到的结果,其结果与Grody(1983)计算结果基本一致?最后简单介绍了微波表面放射率的应用研究,结果表明,根据MSU表面放射率可以辨别不同类型的表面特征以及利用MSU表面放射率监测洪涝区域和海冰的可能性?

Abstract:This paper presents the background and methods for estimation of surface emissity from the MSU measurements. It shows the results obtained from NOAA-10 MSU data of December 13,1988 at 1050 GMT using the methods discribed in the paper. And the results have a good agreement with Grody's (1983) . Applications of surface emissity are briefly discribed at the end of paper. It can be seen that the different types of surface can be distinguished through MSU surface emissity, and it is possible to observe the flooding areas and sea ice by using MSU surface emissity.
