中文摘要: 对中央气象台发布的吉林省范围的旬气温、旬降水趋势及旬降水过程预报进行了检验。结果表明；中央气象台的旬气温、旬降水趋势及旬降水过程预报准确率都比较高，对吉林省制作旬预报具有明显的指导作用。

Abstract:The forecasting capacity of the deked temperature verified,tendency of dekad precipitation and dekad precipitation process in Jinn province issued by the Central Meteorological Observatory is verified. The results show that the accuracy of these forecasts are higher, and these forecasts have obvious guidance effects on dekad forecasts making in Jinn province.
