Abstract:Based on the fact of low-frequency oscillation phenomenon existing in atmosphere, the circulation and low-frequency oscillation features of the cold wave chilling process from November 17 to 21, 1993 are clarified. It is significant in improving the ability of the cold wave mid-range forecast.
