中文摘要: 建立了适用于单站、区域以及全国范围的冬小麦土壤水分预报和灌溉决策业务服务系统,并在2000年3~6月做了15周次土壤水分预报和灌溉决策,其中13周次在中央电视台第七套节目“气象与农情”栏目中播出,直接为农业生产服务。土壤水分预报误差分析表明:0~100cm平均相对误差最小,0~50cm次之,0~30cm最大。土壤湿度预报分布规律与实况基本一致。

Abstract:An operational service system for soil moisture prediction and irrigation decision, applied in a site or throughout the country, was established. With the system, fifteen soil moisture predictions and irrigation decisions,once a week from March to June in 2000 were made. Thirteen of the whole were broadcasted on the programme for the 'Meteorology and Agricultural Information′ of CCTV 7 and served to agricultural production directly. The error analyses showed that average relative error in 0~100cm was the lowest,0~50cm lower and 0~30cm the highest. The distribution of soil moisture that was forecasted was as nearly same as that was measured.
